This major adheres to the professional orientation of "focusing on machines, combining electromechanics, and taking into account the characteristics of the oil and gas industry", integrating computer technology, information technology and automatic control technology to cultivate talents with solid mathematical theory, humanities and social sciences and engineering technology foundations, who receive strong engineering practice and research ability training, and are able to engage in design and manufacturing, scientific research and technical and economic management in the field of mechanical engineering (including oil and gas equipment). Talents with high comprehensive quality and innovative ability.

Application Requirements:
1. Applicants must be non-Chinese citizens, no more than 25 years old, in good health, and have no criminal record.
2. Have a high school diploma，GPA≧3.0/5.0
3. Chinese taught programs: HSK 4 ( 180 or above )
HSK4≥222 (for Bachelor Program Scholarship Application)
English taught programs: IELTS 6.0 or TOEFL≥75 or TOEFL Essentials≥8, (DI Code: C806) for non-native speakers of English.
A certificate which can prove you have been taught in English during your previous study for more than two years.
4. Applicants must be under the age of 25 when applying
5.Participate in the China Scholastic Competency Assessment（CSCA）examination and achieve the corresponding score.（www.csca.cn）
