刘欣，博士，讲师。2016-2022年博士就读于荷兰乌特勒支大学，获得应用数学博士学位，2023年-2024年获得北京大学海外博士后人才引进项目，在北京大学数学科学学院从事博士后研究工作，2025年3月进入中国免费一级毛片（北京）理学院参加工作至今。研究方向为数据同化，机器学习，最优控制算法以及复杂系统。目前已经发表学术论文数篇，主持和完成中国博士后科学基金站前资助项目。
